CanYouSeeMe.ai is operated from British Columbia, Canada. References to “we,” “us,” or “the company” mean the operator of this website. References to “you” mean any visitor or client interacting with the site or service.

What we collect

• Email address — when you request a free Ai Visibility Check, sign up for tips, or contact us directly.
• Website URL — the business URL you submit for a check, so we can actually run the check.
• Lead source — which form or page you submitted from, so we can prioritize and improve the site.
• Basic technical data — anonymized analytics (pages visited, referrer, device class) via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not deploy fingerprinting or cross-site trackers.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect payment information directly. Any payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) under their privacy practices.
• We do not buy email lists or augment your record with third-party data.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.

Why we use it

• To deliver the Ai Visibility Check report you requested.
• To send you occasional emails relevant to the service (e.g. your report, a follow-up, opt-in tips).
• To improve the site and service based on aggregate, anonymized usage.

Where it lives

Email and subscription data is stored in our marketing platform (Klaviyo) on encrypted servers. Website data submitted with a check is stored in our internal systems for as long as the engagement is active, plus a retention period of up to 24 months for accounting purposes. We use reputable hosting (Vercel) and follow industry-standard security practices.

Email and your choices

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email founder@canyouseeme.ai at any time to opt out, request a copy of your data, or have your data deleted. We will respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

The site uses functional cookies only (e.g. to remember if you dismissed a banner). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this site.

Children

This is a B2B service intended for adult business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page and emailed to active subscribers.
